We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the official Rolling Stones store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached. Media items like vinyl and CDs must be unopened in their original shrink-wrap.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
